Using the Website
To use the website, simply 'click' on the products you wish to order in our online catalogue which will then appear in your shopping basket. When you have selected all the products you wish to order, 'click' on the 'checkout' button to take you through the checkout process, at which point we obtain an authorisation from your credit card company, through the Paypal system, for the amount detailed on your order summary page.
Miss Polly will email you to confirm your product order has been received. We will email you again to confirm that the products have been despatched to you. A contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and Miss Polly upon those products being despatched to you.
For on-line orders we accept credit/debit card payment through Paypal, or cheques via post. The credit/debit card that you are using must be your own. All payments should be made in GBP (Sterling).
If you are paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to 'Miss Polly' and write your order number, home address and cheque guarantee number on the reverse of your cheque. Please do not send cash.

Delivery Information - UK Mainland
Orders paid for electronically are normally despatched with 5 days. Orders paid for by cheque or Paypal echeque are sent out following cheque clearance (normally an extra 3/4 days)
We send smaller parcels with the Royal Mail via second class which normally takes 3-5 working days. Larger orders are despatched using either Royal Mail ParcelForce or a national carrier which takes 5-7 working days. Urgent orders can be delivered by first class or next day parcel delivery if requested upon payment of an additional charge. Please mail us for further information.
Delivery Information - Europe
Orders paid for electronically are normally despatched with 7 days. Small orders to Europe are normally sent via Royal Mail Airmail which normally takes 3-5 working days. Larger parcels are sent by an international carrier and takes 5-7 working days.
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your Miss Polly Natural Skincare purchases, please mail us within 7 days to arrange an exchange or return. You must return the goods at your expense, they must be unopened and in exactly the same condition in which the goods were supplied to you and with a copy of the despatch note and they must be returned within 28 days of receiving the goods. You are liable for the goods until they are delivered to us and we will not reimburse you until the goods are returned in a condition good enough for resale. You will be refunded at the price you paid for the product at the time of your order. A refund of the delivery charge will not be given unless the products returned are incorrect or were delivered in a damaged or faulty state.
